Terms of Service

Orwen is a personal AI assistant. You design it (name, personality, voice and look) and connect the tools you use. It reads those tools and gives you briefs, reminders and alerts.

Orwen is an AI system. It can make mistakes. Check anything important, like numbers, dates and money, before you act on it.

You must be at least 18 and give a real email address. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

One person per account. Business accounts for teams will come later.

Free: limited, forever. Pro: €50 a month. Executive: €100 a month. Prices include VAT where it applies.

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial of everything, with up to 30 voice minutes. After the trial you move to Free unless you choose a paid plan.

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Extra voice minutes cost €0.20 each and are only charged if you turn them on.

Paid plans are not available yet. When they open, we'll show the price clearly before you pay and email you a receipt.

When you connect Google Calendar, Shopify, Stripe or another tool, you allow Orwen to read the data it needs to work. Access is read-only: Orwen never changes anything in those tools and never moves money.

You can disconnect any tool at any time on the Connections page, which also revokes our access where the tool supports it. Your use of each tool stays under that company's own terms.

Don't use Orwen to break the law, harm anyone, send spam, or try to break into our systems or anyone else's.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who agreed. Don't recreate real people, celebrities or brands as your assistant.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. We'll tell you why, unless the law stops us.

What you create and connect stays yours. We use it only to run Orwen for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell it and we don't use it to train AI models.

You can download all your data or delete your account at any time in Settings.

The Orwen name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may not copy or resell them.

Other companies' names and logos shown on the site, like Shopify or Google, belong to them. Showing them means Orwen can connect to their products; it doesn't mean they endorse Orwen.

We work hard to keep Orwen running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions you make based on Orwen's output. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Croatian law.

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll email you at least 14 days before they apply.

You can stop using Orwen and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the country where you live.
